Pretty big announcement from Facebook on 9/30/20… OK, it was HUGE. The article makes no mention of connecting our chatbots to Instagram… but I’d tag that idea as #AnyDayNow.

Facebook has been investing a tremendous amount of financial and human capital in Messenger over the past couple years. All the cues they are making Messenger their messaging app of choice from here to eternity.

More reason to make Messenger chatbots a core part of your ministry outreach and church communications.
